She's adorable!!! Friesians are my favorite breed; I would kill to have one IRL. There's a farm four hours north of me that specializes in Friesians, but they're too far for me to drive to and back in a day. Still.... gorgeous little filly!!

Thanks guys! I was worried that only like 1 person would even want one haha xD Yeah that last pic is pretty cute hehe. xD It reminds me of that expression cats get the- "You have to do what I say cos I'm so cute, rules what rules, you love me. You do,right???" Raelyn, do it! You know you want her in your game, prettying up the stables, makin the horses jealous. And.. Those shots.. were unedited, other than the lightening for reals. do it.

I'm thinking of making each horse's photo gallery an actual page for them, basically move the info I have on the general page, like pedigree, awards, ect. Any ideas on this, ya'll?So.. I don't know if anyone remembers, I barely do lol, but a long time ago I said Soft Steps was in foal to what probably seemed a completely random stallion's name? I never got around to adding them to my stable until yesterday. Info still a work in progress. (Also, fyi, I got Bane's trainer on the exchange.) So let me welcome- Valhalla Wolfsbane - Stallion and up for stud (So.. I guess I don't really have rules up for that yet.. but if you're interested let me know.)Valhalla's Grace - Mare- General training, nothing specific yet. Soft Steps was already getting old when she had Grace so we decided that momma deserved a rest. After giving us some beautiful foals and being so committed in the ring we decided that she would be retired. She's now enjoying pasture life and her and Macy go out for trail rides at least once a week together. Her daughter, Grace, will be taking her place as our 'head mare' so to speak. I'm so glad she got Soft's head shape.. I love it! (That red on her shoulder is not a bloody shoulder. It's supposed to be a light brown since she is a fading bay. Fixing it soon.) There's something about Bane's trainer that I really like.. but yet at the same time.. is .. offputting? If that makes sense.. We bought Bane at an auction at a private estate in the middle of nowhere. This was a couple of years after he'd sired our Grace and the only reason we even went to it was because we'd heard he was for sale and Grace turned out so beautifully. The place was a large mansion with baroque stylings and a beautiful alabaster and silver stable. We didn't even get to go inside though as the few horses for auction, as well as furniture and things were outside in front of a podium with a little empty ring in front of it for the horses to walk. He was priced reasonably for a horse that seemed to have a lot of fight in him.. Though his handler did a good job when it was ring time. We don't normally just take on trainers like that but he was very convincing.. He said he'd been the handler for Bane's parents and their parents (though that's obviously an exaggeration, he's too young), and this horse was almost like a part of him. Touching, but, that doesn't make a good trainer. Thankfully he also had reccomandations. So far they are settling in nicely at our facilities. Showing off our stable colors, heh.

October Acres NewsSo.. I only have one picture BUT I had to share this! I'm pretty sure we have the very first actual Warlander in the Equus Sims community. ;D (Not one that was created in cas but one that was actually bred.) At least the first one I've heard/seen of? Lol Dam is an Andalusian and sire is a Friesian. More specifially.. OA Firestarter of Autumn x OA Cherry Blossom Afternoon which equals the beautiful - OA Matchbook Morning She was born in the middle of a raging storm that snuck up on us. We were just putting the horses in for the night and Affie just would not budge until she'd dropped her foal. We were really worried but being the sweetie that she is, Affie let us carry her filly into the barn. We grabbed a towel and went to work on both of them! And of course, Affie "helped" us dry off Mae. We'll have more pictures soon, after the hubub of that first night we've been letting them have some peace. At first we thought she was black like her daddy but once she got dried off we saw that she was a very dark brown with a lighter muzzle. So it looks as though we've got ourselves a seal bay. She's super dark right now but she'll probably lighten a bit when she gets a little older. We've sent in a dna sample to get her tested for greying out. Not that it matters much! We are just so happy she is healthy and happy!
