I run three stables under Fennec Estates. October Acres - OA - octoberacres.weebly.com/Snow Hawk Stables - SNW - nharabians.weebly.com/index.htmlNorth Haven Riverview - NHR - northhavenriverview.weebly.com/If you want to find me in the Leaderboards you will have to search by acronym or horse name. 'Fennec' won't be in there. Fennec Estates is my main new page and the page where all of my competition info is located among other things. Hi! I'm so excited to post some pictures in here! My Friesians are now my favorite horses to play. While they are all pretty, dark, horses they all have differences in size, conformation, coloring/shading/shininess just like they would in real life. It was a challenge but fun. October Acres is here- www.Octoberacres.weebly.com I have to force myself to not take screenshots constantly. I have four made but I want the game to be more realistic so I am letting two age a bit first before I add the next two. I'm hoping for a pretty foal crop from them next month. I also want to add that the barn I'm using is the one by RWF, the mare barn, I believe. The outdoor pics of Little Girl are in an outdoor trail riding park that I created. (Debating on uploading it.) Here is my lovely lady, Little Girl. (OA Bitter Banshee) She's gonna be my Dressage mare. ^.^ And this is the first stallion, our gentleman, Autumn. (OA Firestarter of Autumn).

Beautiful Friesians! But their legs should be a *bit* thinner. Friesians are much slimmer.

Aren't they kind of too big for Friesians? o.O

@lidija, the Fries are about the right size -- maybe a little too small...

thank you! Hmm too big and too small? oh dear lol I'll have to find the horses I modeled them after. Well, after looking at more pics, some have the more muscular legs and some don't? But maybe the feathering on their fetlocks is messing with my perception. Arg, I can't tell. They probably are too tall, I haven't installed the measuring thing yet, I keep meaning to and just keep forgetting! here are some pics of real ones magnificentfriesians.yolasite.com/resources/35629-aaanddd, one more cos they are so darn beautiful so other than the legs possibly, how do you feel about them?

I would say that they maybe are a bit too tall - if you look at the picture where your sim is brushing the horse :-)
I have a Friesian my self (RL), and I know there is a bit of variation in the heights :-) My mare is a "little" lady, and in the barn where we belongs, her nephew is also standing there, and he is tall! There is another Friesian mare in the stable, and she is about the same size as mine.. But mine and the other mare is the sport-version, and the nephew is more like the old version :-)

I rode for a lady, I rode a classic mare who stood 15.3hh, but since I am short I could only just see over her. Anyway.. she bred that mare with a sport horse type and got Conan a beautiful colt who at 3 yrs old is standing at 16.3hh. Which while I was working with him and him being young I had to use a step to plait his mane. I had no chance of seeing over him. Nice pictures btw. (:

I'll bet they look really cute together. It's just like people, where the son ends up much taller than mom! And taller than the older sister too. ..I never did quite manage that 5'8" I was hoping for lol.. And 'little' brother is over 6 fee tall! and thank you! I appreciate it. <3

thank you so much!
I would like to get in game to resize them, I do think that the stallion's hind legs are a bit thick too. But I updated my game so now of course it crashes 1 minute after startup. /rage/ I have off tomorrow so hopefully I get it worked it out.

So my Friesian Mare was pretty big for a friesen I think that it in any horse one unit of measure is how big they really are. My Trakehner stallion was also great as the standarts.
and my Shire horses are also quite large =)
