"Oh there is nothing wrong with her! I just called and asked if I could have a place for her to stay until she foals?"She questioned walking over to the girls. She waved at the other girl, smiling at the dog. "What a cutie."She chuckled leaning down to rub the canine's head. Her own accent held a thick southern draw in it. "Where I am living at the moment doesn't really have proper vet care for her. So I thought bringing her somewhere close, and could give me vet care if I would need help with the foaling happens." Nirvana held her hand out towards Jenny, "My name is Nirvana." She then went to shake the other girls hand. "I was also gonna see if I could pay to have my stallion stay as well? I need to work with him, and he isn't the friendliest horse either. So I could pay to keep him in a small turn out, or even a stable kinda far from another stallion?"She asked softly, "I need to work with his temper problem." She gave a small smile, and turned to go back to her truck. "You can come along with me if you like? The mare is as sweet as a button."She grinned before fully walking out to her truck.

"We can always use help around here!" She replied to Izzy, beaming shortly but brilliantly, then turned her attention to Nirvana. "That's fine, they can stay here, and if you need any help with them- Well, I can't speak for the whole staff- But I'm definitely here to help!" She said, then followed her to go meet the mare.

Jenny sighed with relief. Thank goodness the mare wasn't hurt. Shaking her head to clear it, Jenny introduced herself to Izzy. " Your dog's called Achoo? What a unusual name!" The dog sneezed, and Jenny began to giggle "Guess she earnt it!" As Nirvana introduced herself, Jenny craned her neck to see the mare, and jumped at the chance to see her. Jenny flashed Nirvana a smile and followed her out to her trailer. She watched as she unloaded the mare from the back. Jenny looked over the mare's belly. "Not long to go now- due any day I suppose? That or its a very large foal!" The mare sighed softly, and whickered, flicking her ears back and forward.

Izzy patted Achoo then went to the barn. She wanted to look at the horses that were rescued. Hopefully Lorelei wouldn't mind...

Nirvana slowly turned, and walked Mississippi off the trailer, while Dead Ringer was banging around inside of the trailer. "Oh I'll get you next." Mississippi was a very tall Saddlebred, and boy did she have some legs on her. Nirvana slowly ran her hand over the chestnut's coat, before rubbing up over her blaze. Mississippi just nickered and look at all the girls eyeing over her. "We aren't sure how far she is, we found her at a local auction in Dry Creek. And like I said, there is no proper vet care." Mississippi had her tail wrapped up, as well as her blanket, and shipping boots on her long legs. "We also have her stud at our farm. It was really hard to get her into the trailer. They are like glue."She chuckled softly, slowly leading the mare towards the barn. Mississippi just nickered and followed along with her, ears flicking at every noise that was made.
As she went to walk away, Monster stuck his head out the window. He would bark, and wag his tail around, making his fat body jiggle around.

As Achoo and Izzy walked to the barn, Achoo turned and saw another dog. Yipping like a young pup, the two year old mutt sprinted toward Nirvana's truck. Izzy chased after her. She grabbed the dog's collar. "Sorry," the girl apologized meekly. "You have some pretty horses!"

"Awww, bets she's missing him. Looking at her I'd say she was about to drop in a week or so, maybe sooner." Jenny jumped slightly as a dog stuck its head out of the truck window, but leant over to pet it before following Nirvana and the chestnut into the barn. Once the mare was settled, Jenny leant over the stall to look her over. She had never qualified as a vet, leaving a year early to take over the farm, but she knew the basics. "She looks healthy enough- you probably want to get her bloods done just to be sure, but I cant see any major issues."

Lorelei looked around, wondering briefly where Izzy had gone but assumed she'd wanted to take a look around. "She's beautiful!" Lorelei said, patting the sorrel lightly and looking at the trailer where the stallion was banging around. "Shhh," She murmered to the trailer, not even thinking about it, more out of habit than as a command. It was just something she did to calm her horses, but she assumed that was because they knew her voice.

Nirvana smiled as she pulled the mare into the stall, "Look Mississippi."She smiled, "A very luxury stall."She chuckled softly as she unclicked the lead, and wrapped it over her shoulder. Mississippi looked at her before rubbing her chin against the door of the stall, as she flicked her tail around. Nirvana slowly pulled the blanket off her, "She is pregnant with an Arabian." Nirvana said placing the blanket over the stall door, then went to get her boots off. "I am kinda hoping that we get a chestnut filly from her. But a little more reddish." She finished with the boots before standing up again. "I'll unwrap your tail later. I wanna shower you off, and give you some grooming." She rubbed between the mares eyes, making small circles. Nirvana walked out of the stall, holding onto the boots, "I gotta get Ringer out before he ruins my trailer."She sighed softly looking at Jenny. "The yearling is such a hot head!"She chuckled.

Nirvana shook her head, "Oh no! I am so used to him it isn't funny."She chuckled softly going to reopen the trailer, walking in to open the other part to it. The dark stallion snorted softly, pawing at the floor of the trailer. "Alright buddy."She said softly, clicking his lead onto his halter. Nirvana slowly placed one hand on his neck, slowly backing him out of the trailer now. Once he was out, he pulled his head up high, pinning his curved ears hard against his head. "I don't understand why he acts like he does. I don't abuse him, or nothing like that."
Ringer eyed at the other woman, giving a hard snort before pawing the ground once more. The whites in his eyes showed slightly, taking away from his pretty blue eyes. Nirvana slowly walked him forward a little bit, but he would still carry his head high in the air. "I do everything I can with him, and he is a little better then when I got him. He used to bite me really bad, and he would charge alot." Nirvana looked at him with a sigh, "Where ever you want me to place him I will. I want to keep him, us, and the other horses safe from his wrath."

Izzy dragged Achoo to the barn. "Oh, hush," Izzy laughed as Achoo cocked her head, wondering why her owner wanted to hang out with these smelly animals when there was a DOG over there! Achoo sneezed twice. She must have caught a really strong scent. That's when Izzy saw it. A heavily pregnant bay overo mare was giving birth. Isabella did the only sane thing she could think of -- she hopped the stall gate and knelt beside the laboring mare, stroking her. "Achoo, go get Lorelei," Izzy said calmly.

"I've seen lots of horses act like that for no reason." Lorelei said, smiling. "I would put him in the stall on the end, away from the others. When this was a stable, before the current owner bought it and fixed it up for a Rescue stable, that one was reinforced for the stallion on the place. They called him Diablo if that tells you what he was like." She said, chuckling. Achoo came running up to her and barking, so, fearing the worst, she followed the dog, jogging back to the stable to find a paint mare giving birth. She'd never helped a mare through labor, but she knew it was usually pretty smooth for horses, so she rushed to the mare's side and patted her shoulder, assessing the situation. "Has she made much noise?" She asked Izzy, hoping the mare hadn't had any complications so far.

Jenny was examining the chestnut mare when she saw Achoo run past, out the barn. She walked in the opposite direction to where the dog had come from, and found Izzy in a stall with a brown and white mare, who was breathing heavily. "Thank goodness you found her- probably best to give her a bit of room for a minute." Jenny added as the mare began writhing as another contraction gripped her. "We need to get a vet here, pronto. She should be ok, but better safe than sorry. Here- hold her head a second whilst I check her belly." Izzy held the mares head, stroking her forelock out of the mares eyes whilst Jenny ran a hand over the belly. "She'll have a foal before the hour- we need Lorelei!"

"It's all right, I've been through this multiple times. Uncle Liam's mares sometimes had complications." Izzy continued to stroke the mare as the contractions eased a little. A small white hoof popped out. "C'mon girl, just a little more." Izzy knew the foal was coming out wrong, but there was little she could do. The mare wouldn't let her get too close to the foal. "Easy..." The second hoof slid out. Then a head. The rest of the foal plopped out onto the bedding. "It's a filly." A cute one, Izzy thought. It was a black tovero with blue eyes and a petite stature. The mother looked at her foal and stood. She reared. Was she abandoning her foal?
