I have translated the tutorial and wrote it in my own words in Dutch. So my dutch friends can learn making poses too! I made screenshots from the steps My second pose:

@trinity: It's possible that, if you purchased the Sims or any of it's expansions through a digital download service such as Steam, that the file path will be different for you than standard CD installations; you can either search through your DD's folder (Steam, Origin, Gamers Gate, etc) to find the Sims 3 Pets folder. Also, if you're patient, sometime within the next couple of days I'll be uploading the .package file I have that has all of the blank pose files in for easy access--I just can't get to that right now, I'm trying to take a break from Simmy-type things for a few days. Joyce Marston: Hooray! And, thanks! I hope that your fellow Dutch are able to make fabulous poses of their own, now!

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you Trinity--been working on lots of projects so I had to put this on the backburner. To make pose creation easier, I've uploaded a "Blank Poses Archive Package"; basically, instead of opening up the FullBuild.package(s) and searching tirelessly for the blank clips you need to make poses, you can just replace that step with opening this package, and Export-and-Rename the appropriate clip from it instead. I hope this helps ya! Cheers~

When I try to make my horse take the pose he transforms into an strange move... Help! Please read #3 in the FAQs in the original post. If you've double checked all those causes and you still cannot get it to work, upload your .package and PM me the link, or email it to me at kaleeko@gmail.com , and I'll take a look and see what's wrong.

When I go to import the CLIP file, there is no "Sims 3 Animation" option after clicking on "Import" ?

When I go to import the CLIP file, there is no "Sims 3 Animation" option after clicking on "Import" ? Sounds like you didn't install the plugins (or install them properly); go back to the Plug-Ins download and make sure you download and install the whole .zip (not the contents), following the installation directions exactly as listed on the page. They're fairly straight-forward. The new plug-ins also require that Blender be vs2.63, so make sure your Blender is also up-to-date before installation.

Got it now It is because of my habit of automatically unzipping any zip files right after downloading them xD EDIT: :/ now whenever I press "1" then "Shift" + "2" to get the skeleton to come up, the whole 3D model just disappears D: I used blender a while back in an attempt to make a sims pose (but failed) but was able to get the skeleton then?

You might've been using a different rig set, then. There's several out there available, but only this set includes all the animal rigs; the others out there are just the adult male/female. It's also possible because it's a different version of Blender... I'm not sure, though. I've never had to use those commands, myself.

I'm not sure what you mean by "skeleton"... I just open the rig file, and all the joints are there to work with. Have you read orangemitten's tutorial/watched mine? It covers all the basics.
