How do I get the poses I've downloaded to work in-game ? Just place both the Pose Player package and the pose pack packages in exactly the same place you install any mod or .package CC: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages There's nothing else you need to do to install them. To play them in-game, you just need to buy the Pose Player object (it's located under Decor->Misc for $1), then, in Live Mode, click the object and select either "Pose by Name" or "Select Pose from List". If the pack you download is NOT pose list compatible, you will need to select 'Pose by Name', and type in the pose's code manually.

Hmm--updating your game may not help, but it's worth a try. Another possibility, as mundane as it sounds, is if you're typing in the pose code incorrectly. I've been frustrated numerous times trying to get a pose to work, only to realize I left out a _ or a letter or a number somewhere, or I made a typo in the clip name when I originally created it. If you still cannot get it to work, and if you're patient, you can upload the .package for me and PM me the link--if you do, I'll take a look at it when I wake up tomorrow, and see if I can figure out what the issue is.

@trinity: The latest version should be fine, though the rigs/plug-ins were designed with 2.62, so there's been some debate on whether they're 100% compatible or not. No one's run into any major issues with it though, so go ahead and download 2.63--if you haven't already, that is. Been slow about responding lately, sorry. @lily: I've been meaning to add it for a couple of days, but other stuff came up and I kept forgetting. I'll go do that right now.
