Hello everybody! I always wanted to have a beautiful Riding Hall in my game. I really like the one I have now, but what my heart really desires is an a bit more realistic one with a beautiful sloped roof and rooflights and that all. So now I wanted to ask, if anyone would be willing to take the task, to mesh me a riding hall. Oh my gosh, did I really wrote this in rhymes? Err, to the details: Should look something like this without lamps: www.turbosquid.com/3d-models/3d-model-horse-riding-arena/471876Or like this: www.gestuet-brinker.de/cms/images/stories/images-gst/reitarena320.jpgIt should be about 34 tiles long and 22 tiles wide. It should work like the dome of the science institute... It should be like just an object where sims can walk and be inside but with like a footprint around the walls so that sims don't walk through them and an open door so horses and riders get inside somehow, two stories high if possible, but it should be a whole object, not with walls and not closed off so that there's daylight inside. Argh, I can't explain this stuff correctly. I know it's really hard but if anyone would give it a try I'd be so glad! I shouldn't write this that late in the night...

You can't really 'mesh' a building you can use. You actually have to build it in game. Well that I know anyway, I have never seen any so I would say it has not been figured out yet or it is not possible. Edit: Unless you want it to be a rabbit hole like the equestrian center building where you can't see them inside, I think that is possible... Maybe

No, not a rabbit hole^^ It is possible, it has to be possible - have you ever seen the dome of the science institute in Sunset Valley? This dome is actually in Bridgeport too and Sims can walk under it, but not through it! Actually, it would even be okay if sims walk through the wall here, doesn't matters, as long as it is hollow in the inside. The rest I can work out with fences or such. I know, this is a very big request and I'd do everything for that in return, whatever it is

It'd be possible, but it would be so high poly, that it wouldn't be very practical. Buildings like that are used in video games, but I'm not sure Sims, as demanding as it is already, would be very compatible with such high poly meshes.

I know it might not be exactly wat you're looking for but 'm working on something that might be of interest to you built entirely in game with some nice cheats to assist with a vaulted ceiling? Would that be of any use - as I could modify it to include sky lights as well in a different design if yes

Christina, but the Rabbit Holes and such aren't those high poly too? Hm, but at least there's someone thinking that it's possible Badr (Nats, right?) could you show it to me? It doesn't sound bad at all! I just want a more beautiful riding hall than mine

The only thing to note is it has no windows and looks fugly from the outside - I'll have pictures soon and yep Badr/Nats same person

The rabbit holes are not high poly, no Theyre primarily just the exterior of a build thats got some shape to it (like columns, stairs, etc) and then textured well to compensate for lack of detail

Oh, I really thought this would be as many polys as a rabbit hole but not more... I wouln't even need the ceiling beams, just a nicely textured sloped roof with skylights. Nats I'd say I really need windows because else it's too dark but I'd like to just wait for the pics before I judge. Thanks for offering me this

Emelia - I've got 3 pictures of it in my photo album now, I'm building a second one which is smaller with sky lights and an indoor and outdoor riding area
