SORTED wanted. help with pics for site

so im fiddling with my site and i need some pictures for the index's
tho the laptop i am on is stone age and don't even want to run paint.... ._.
so is there anyone out there that could make some simple pictures for index's for my site ?

there is 13 pics i need done asap
just plain white with a black text on it. tho id prefer if the text were abit stylish rather than just time new roman =)
