Thank you, Grace and Daniela! I'm glad you like them! I'll have to hurry it up and finish my stuff so I can put up screenshots not in locations I consider unfinished!

The horses got pretty new halters! (Thank you Christina and Amanda for making these creations!) Here's Leet looking all handsome in his. Ours are even equipped with custom name plates, but right now Leet's name isn't visible from this far away (which is pointing out the obvious).
So there's a quick update. In other news I've been working on finishing up my world and lots. Almost there! I may be done with my world, I just need to test out the updated version and make sure it runs as I would like it to. The lots still need finishing, though.
Also, I got inspired by Eyelet's beautiful use of ivy, as you can probably see. I thought some would be perfect for my stable since it was very much designed to have an 'aged' feel to it. : )

We have similar tastes! I've been working on a world for months (so hard to finish with work and life), I hope I will finish it soon to share with everyone as well.
I love your trails and that chicken farm <3

High five for similar tastes! I suppose I'm definitely on the lucky end, I've had a handful of free time lately so I've been all over my game these last couple of days. Though in all respects there are definitely other things I should be doing, but I have that "bug" where I can't stop constantly working on this until I finish it and so other things are taking a backseat for a little while. xD I hope you will be able to finish your world soon, I bet you have worked very hard on it! I'm curious to see it. : )
And thank you! <3

I really like that you have geldings. I really, really like that.

That's awesome that you commented on that! Thank you! I quite like geldings, having a good ratio of geldings in a stable brings more of a feeling of 'realism' to me, especially for a barn that isn't super big on breeding such as this one. I'm definitely a firm believer that not every male horse needs to be a stud, hahaha. xD In Leet's (Elite Flight) case specifically, he's quite a bit on the "hot" end; in the real world some Oldenburg breeders have been falling under scrutiny for breeding their horses to be like that, and so hence Leet is a gelding. Though he's a great eventer, there wasn't anything incredibly remarkable about him to keep him a stud with such a "behavioral fault" like that. And for Smitty (Foxlight), well he just really falls under the category of 'not everything needs to be a stallion' since most male horses aren't, haha. Nothing wrong with a nice gelding in my opinion. : P

Thanks Lidija! Better believe I like 'em with a nice shine! I tried to make my coats look as realistic as I could. :'D
Here's two more shots really quick. The first is of June (Shadow Swan) and her owner/rider Nikolaus. Nikolaus also owns Noni (Infallible), and though he doesn't ever admit to favorites, June, well, is his favorite. The second is of Faith (My Own Faith) and a young lady named Tosca. Faith is her favorite horse though she's never ridden her. Both girls are inexperienced, so the barn manager (who owns Faith) isn't keen on the pair - at least not yet.

Thanks for your comment, Lidija! I really like how the second one with Faith and Tosca turned out, too! : ) The first one with Nikolaus and June was pretty awkward, but I was trying to avoid getting any not landscaped area in the shot! Hahaha, I'm so fail! xD
So today I updated the first post to something more scrap-book-y! I quite like it, though the downside is there aren't any pictures of the trails here anymore at the moment but I'll get some up soon! Also, after I finished the whole arrangement, I realized that I forgot to take any photos of the dog... >_>; Poor Gin.
Anyway, I've been working on landscaping my stableyard and it's been kicking my behind since I'm being extremely picky about it. I thought I'd show the stuff that's been finished though.
The main yard (holds main stable and house; not a very scenic picture but the decent 'summary' of what's there):
Stable aisle:
"Tack lockers":
Grooming and wash stalls:
Little sitting area:
Stable's back wing entrance (not as decorated as the front, since it's the back):
Paddocks over-view (I decided to do minimal landscaping in the paddocks since I wanted them to be more open, so there's only shade trees in turnouts):
Round pen and outdoor arena:
Minor stable:
