I have been working on making an actual riding school lot for MT, and have decided I want to start with a run down one and fix it up (Planning on a story with pics for my site while it happens).
I find myself with serious issues on making one that doesn't automatically look nice. I apparently cannot build run down or neglected/old. If anyone is interested in helping me out with a lot I would really appreciate it.
Lot Specs:
Size: 60x60 or 64x64
Stalls: 6-12 (Less than the max is preferred due to possible space issues)
Barn: Any type is fine as long as it doesn't take over the lot size wise.
Living Quarters: Small, needs to sleep no more than two. (No large houses please)
Pastures: 2-4, if only two larger is better, is more than two smaller is fine.
Arena: At least one that can hold four or so jumps. Round pen would also be nice, but not required.
Look: Old, run down or neglected.
CC: Would prefer to keep the CC in the community and not a ton from outside sources. I really don't want to have to download more than I already have.
If anyone would like to take up the challenge please let me know.
