Vienna was born in Appaloosa Plains and her lineage can be traced back to the tribes of original Appaloosa Plains natives. She was born into a small family, didn't do very well financially but they stayed afloat. She kept to herself in school, she didn't feel the need to seek company but she also felt as though making friends wasn't something she needed to do. During high school, she worked part time to save up money to pay for college tuition and once she graduated, she went immediately to school to get a degree in Equine Studies.
After graduation, she bought a plot of land that had a barn that had deteriorated and took it upon herself to repair it. After several weeks of fixing it up, she had a barn that could safely house about four horses and two paddocks and an outdoor arena. Then it was time to find her first horse. She searched around, found a stable that was going out of business and got a young and untrained chestnut Hanoverian stallion from him; that stallion was Ultra Blue.
She realized it would be better off to get a stable hand before she became overwhelmed and so she hired Hammond. He was very green when it came to riding, but reliable. The boarding house had enough room for the two of them so she took him in, let him stay, and somewhere along the line it turned from a somewhat rocky relationship to a casual relationship. It was one of comfort, to an extent, because he was the only contact Vienna had in the town that was in any way positive and he liked to bring her out of her shell.
Her stable was expanding and soon she had three horses and was quickly running out of room. There was a cheap lot that she could buy in Hidden Springs, entirely empty, and so she took a leap of faith and made the big move to a place with greener grass and fresher air. The outdoor stalls allowed the horses to be away from the elements but to take advantage of the fresh air that came from living by the lake and could house eight adult horses. A full size outdoor arena for her show jumpers was built as well as a massive paddock, with only a small portion divided off that housed a water tower and several windmills that helped cut the cost of the bills.
When it expanded even more, she called up an old friend, Ingrid Sandalwood, and asked if she could take over operations of an Arabian-focused division of Vicentia Estates and she agreed, which lead to Vienna purchasing a barn in Appaloosa Plains and sending over her two Arabians while she focused on her Hanoverian breeding program in Hidden Springs.
She's definitely come out of her shell after moving and getting a fresh start in Hidden Springs, which helped mellow her out a bit as well. She's actually excited to meet new people and make new acquaintances.
