Since some people want their babies to age faster so they're ready for showing sooner, I suppose? Does that make more sense? Basically, people can 'speed-age' their foals.

im confused... 1. It is suggested that 4 months = 1 Equus Year real time. 10. Foals are allowed to age 1 month = 1 Equus year. After 4 months, they will be 4 years old and will begin to follow the 4 months = 1 Equus year schedule. Just a recommendation Aging is and never will be enforced. However you want to age your horses is up to you, this is merely a suggestion.

So does this mean that untill a horse is 4 they have the original 1month = 1 year aging when a horse is over 4 they have the 4 months= 1 year?

Alright, question; since a "year" is now 4 real months, then when creating a horse (adding to my profile on the main site, you know?), it says "Birth Month." My stallion is three years old, does that mean I'm supposed to put "January 2012"?

What you have now on this forum would be considered a vector-style I suppose.

The aging is just a suggestion. Do it however you're going to prefer it, April.
