Thanks, gals! ♥ x/////x It's a lot of work to set up some of them and then edit them, but at the same time it's a lot of fun for me, so totally worth it! I love my sims too much, lol. XD

@lisa: Hehe! Thanks ♥ I definitely would like to upload them, but I need to make some more to make it worthy of a pack, and tbh, I am really burnt out from making the set I just uploaded. It's gonna be a couple of weeks before I do upload anything else. @manon: Thanks darlin! I had a lot of help from Christina on both the rider/horse pose on that one--I had to keep sending her pics of the WIPs so she could give me advice on what I needed tweaking. She's such a doll C= @lidija: Well, when I say "not much editing", that may not be slightly accurate--I meant more on the amount of effort put into the editing, rather than the amount done to the image. The action I made to apply to these screens has several tweaking layers on it; two adjusting curves, two color adjustment layers, a dark gradient at the bottom and a light gradient at the top, and a sharpen. As a before and after comparison: (I also copied in various parts of twin screenshot, but that takes all of 20 seconds.) My computer is honestly not that great, I am just very careful to play at the highest resolution possible, then when I shrink my screenshots I save as .png's so I don't lose any of the image quality.

Now when I saw the before photo I realized that your game is exactly like ours, but you're just so über talented that I don't care and am still in love with your editing skills and creativity Does this sentence even make sense? xD Anyhow, I read a bit of "Desperate Sims" and I must say it's amazing!

Hehe, yeah, my game is really no different than anyone elses. I always edit my screenshots to some degree, so if I say 'minimal' it just means 2 minutes or less, I guess. The official entries took... significantly longer, lol. But yus--you make sense, haha! And thank you, so much!!! ♥_♥! And eeeee, yay!! That makes my day to hear! I hope you're reading a more recent portion of it, though--if I could rewrite the first few Seasons, I would. (I'm rather embarrassed how horrible they are compared to my later writing, haha. XD) *mwah*~♥

Ack, not uploading that turning pose for a few weeks? B-b-but I LOVE that one!
No, but seriously, while I do love that pose (and all of your poses, lbr), you've been cranking out the poses so it's understandable if you need a break from them. I wish I could edit photos like you do, but in the meantime, I love just drooling over your gorgeous shots!

@lidija: Ooooh!! *squee*! That makes mah day. I'm really hoping to have another update there soon--now that I have MUMBA (her name requires all caps, hurr hurr) I'm going to do a post on the horse ranch. I think Vienna/Rena/Lizbeth had the right idea posting the updates to her album--so I think I'm gonna try to do something similar here, even if it's only posting the link to it. (I worry mine might be a bit too long for the forums.) Erin@Equus: Hehehe!! <33 Soon, darling, soon! I released it privately to a couple of people for testing, but it's important to me with poses like these to do them right, so I really want to work on a few more, and then release them officially. ♥ I'm glad you understand, though! I'm honestly tempted to take a break from simming for a week or two just to avoid burning out--I swear, I must have loaded my game 30-40 times during the testing phases of this last pack. @__@ Oy vey. ---------------------------------- For any of you guys that use Photoshop (and know how to use actions), I uploaded the action I used on those competition shots: ♦ Download ♦It's really nothing fancy, but it turned out fairly nice so I figured I'd share, if anyone likes the results! (Note--it might look a bit different on your screenshots, if your resolution is smaller than mine. It didn't look quite as spiffy on my older, smaller screenshots.)

@heather: Awww, sorry dear! <3 @lidija: Yup! CS5 is what I have. I'm not sure if it'll work with anything pre-CS, though-IIRC, I couldn't use actions with PS7.

I think it wouldn't work for 7.0, for example. That's what I had before I upgraded t CS5 Extended...
