I'm Elin, the owner of EEC. I grew up in Sunset Valley and later moved all the way to Appaloosa Plains with my parents.
I was 10 years old at the time and an only-child.
When I was 12 my parents had another child, my dear sister Rita.
Our dad was a renowned breeder of the Westphalian and Oldenburg horses in Sunset valley but sadly he and our mother passed away when I was 20.
Rita was only a child at the time and I was working hard at school.
So there I was, a single-mom with a major business to run, it was too much for me too handle and I was ready to throw in the towel when I met Christian, my beloved half.
He knew nothing about horses at the time but yet he kept me going, kept me strong. And helped me get EEC back on it's feet. He's my rock.
We are still a pretty small business but we're getting bigger each day that passes, and my dream is to take EEC to the top and I know that making that dream come true, it'll take sweat, tears and a whole lot of will.
But we'll get there, one day and one accomplishment at a time.
I have been riding for as long as I can remember. I practically grew up on the back of a horse.
