I'm not very good at explaining things in words, thus we I call this an 'illustration' not tutorial. Since we do not have sliders yet for length length, I hope through my pictures you can get an idea of how to create horses with the appearance of long or short legs.
1. A short-legged horse
2. A long-legged horse
3. These horses are indeed the same size. They were not created using custom sliders.
4. So how did I do it?
5. By adjusting both "Barrel Chest" and "Stomach Scale" you create a horse with a relatively straight stomach line. By increasing both these sliders you can drop the stomach down and give the appearance of shorter legs. Decreasing these two sliders raises the stomach and gives the appearance of long legs. If you only adjust one of the two sliders, you create a horse with a curved underside similar to an Arabian conformation.
