A short history summary
• Joana was born on the Silver Dragon Estate as the only daughter of its current owner.
• Joana’s father died in a riding accident when she was a child and she moved to live permanently with her mother in Bridgeport. The estate was shut down and all horses sold, but were to be inherited to Joana once she was old enough.
• All but one horse was sold; the young lusitano stallion SDE Caspian, who was part of Joana’s inheritance, on her father’s request.
• Unfortunately, Caspian was also the horse that trampled Joana’s father and the latter hated the horse and began to loathe the estate as well.
• But then Joana met horse-crazy Marthina, who got Joana into horses again and eventually helped her get over her hatred.
• In fact, Joana and Caspian came to be inseparable, and shortly after Joana and Marthina married they, Caspian and Marthina’s horse Gimli moved back to the estate.
• After a while Marthina and Joana adopted a daughter; Kimberley “Kim”.
• Kim has now grown up to young adult and after a trip to Starlight Shores with her friends, Inez and Sofia, she pursued a career as acrobat and she now hopes to take her newfound talent onto the horse back.

The air was dry and still, not like the salty winds of the Rovington Islands they were used to. It was strange though, how she so quickly had come to call it her home, how she’d come so accustomed to the tropical islands and the mighty baroque buildings. It wasn’t that many years ago she first came there.
But now the car pulled in on a small horse farm far away from their home. Mighty mountains and sandy plains surrounded them. Just at the other side of the highway they could glimpse Lucky Palms.
The peace was disturbed when the three cars came to a standstill and the five women got out only to hear the pounding of a hoof inside one of the trailers. “Geesh! I’m coming, I’m coming!” Marthina exclaimed and she and Joana hurried of to load off an angry Apollo and a tired-at-his-travel-friend Caspian. Apollo more or less threw himself out of the trailer and bolted and neighed just to make sure everyone knew how pissed he was to have been forced to stand in the stupid trailer for so long.
Caspian who came out of the trailer after him, threw his head up as if to tell him to just quit it already.
Kim looked forward to this trip. Not only would they be looking for new horses – which was always exciting – Kim and her friends, Inez and Sofia, had for the first time been allowed to tag along and they had big plans for their “vacation”. They’d had so much fun on their trip to Starlight Shores, and none of them had had much time to practice on their new found talents ever since.
And here they were together with their trusty steeds. Joana had of course taken her Caspian with her, and Marthina her Apollo. Kim had chosen to take Gimli with her, although he actually were Marthina’s horse. Sofia, being a softie for drafts, had taken Solomon, and Inez had chosen her favourite horse, Siglavy Linnea.
Literally as soon as they were released in the new pasture, Caspian shrieked out loud when Apollo set his teeth in his behind. After which the two set off in a chase across the pasture, screaming angrily at each other.
“I don’t know why he always takes it out on Caspian whenever we shut him inside a small space for a long period of time” Marthina shrugged her shoulders.
“Caspian is the root of all evil, obviously” Sofia joked and then stretched herself a little, “Hey, who wants a coffee?”.
Everyone agreed excitedly and they chattered all the way to the house, but not after Caspian turned around and charged at a now terrified Apollo. When Caspian has enough, he has enough.
Look, I'm attempting to make a story
I hope it's not too terrible :B
So basically it's about Silver Dragon Estate and its people and horses. But because my lots still aren't quite done I thought I'd have them go on a trip, so the actual SDE will have to wait xD
Also, I'm gonna use this thread to introduce a bunch of horses in the coming days I've bought or created that haven't yet had a proper introduction! so yay for new horses!
