I've pretty much got into the habit where I cannot stand them riding in their regular clothes. They have to be in their boots and helmets and stuff. xD

Here's some pictures of what's been going on at NSS. We have some horses coming and going. We sold NSS Prince a QH, and NSS Abby a shetland to very good homes. But, with that we have two new horses who arrived with their boarders Alice and Alec. Keltic Dream belongs to one of our students. She's a very unique horse. If anyone has an idea what color/breed she could be let us know. BHE King Of Diamonds! One of our newest arrivals. He's a purebred registered New Forest Pony. He proved to be quite a challenge to saddle train. Blair's biggest challenge as of yet. But, after a lot of time in the round pen and basic TLC he finally let Blair ride him. She went out to the barn early in the morning to feed and decided to try to ride him around the pasture in her PJs. She was very happy when he obliged! BHE ShibeMine is a New Forest Pony mare who came along with King. She's proven to be a pretty decent mount, but has thrown her rider a few times XD Blair bought her for her daughter Samara, who is a beginner so Blair's sister Kat is working with Bonnie to train her into the perfect mount for Samara who'll soon be a teenager! Now onto some renovations! Our stalls have been enlarged and upgraded from the EA stalls! We now have 4 spacious stalls, two of which has access to private turnout. Upstairs, the loft has been renovated with a larger hay loft and 3 rooms for Boarders to rent. There's also a lounge and bathroom up there along with the balcony overlooking the property. Here's a random funny pic. Buick found his way into the tack/feed room. I have no idea how he squeezed through the tiny door, but he got stuck in there, that's for sure and had to be rescued. He did enjoy a snack in the grain bins while he was in there.

Yes, I sold him as a QH, not a pony. I had uninstalled my slider at one time, which put him up to normal time. You should be able to shrink him back down if you wish.

Lately I've been working on giving my daughter riding lessons since she finally turned into a teenager! I didn't think she had the head or patience for riding until now, but she's really taken interested in her New Forest Pony named Bonnie. Over the past few weeks we've worked hard to get her in the saddle. Here's our progress. Bonnie getting stalked by a raccoon Someone's a little nervous.... More comfortable now! Getting ready for their first show! Finally at the Show Grounds! Both she and Bonnie we're both nervously excited. Cross Country Jump! Show Jumping! Dressage! She's really loving the horses now! She always has a smile on her face and even tries to run out in the morning without her breakfast and in her PJ's. I've even caught her & Bonnie on trail rides instead of going to school. Yep, I better have a talk with that girl!

Here are some of our new horses and pets! NSS summer camp is now open and in full swing, hense some new staff & horses. Here's a quick look at some of our new crew and pictures of the riding camp in action will follow in a day or so. Two Strays adopted today! They both kept wandering around the barn so I gave in and took them. Meet Smokey & Misha! Here are our new lesson horses & ponies. Lots of thought was put into these guys. I had to find the perfect horses for the kids. Barbie (Barb) Griffin (Standardbred) Porcelain (New Forest Pony) Storm (Appaloosa) Satisfy (Quarter Horse) Brenda (Quarter Horse) Fancy (German Riding Pony) Justin (Appaloosa Pony) Pedro (Standard Donkey) More pics of the horses and students in action soon!

Indeed, and they are all leased out too. The students are doing very well taking care of them . I'm surprised, I don't even have to boss them around much. They do all the horse care/riding on their own. Pretty smart bunch lol

Riding cows :3 I remember seeing on the news a story about a girl who was like "My momma and poppa wouldn't let me get a horse, but they let me use the family cow instead" and she was jumping with it over 2 foot fences xD
