First off I thought I'd post Halcyon Glen Stables after it got renovated. The theme is somewhat outdoorsy. The stalls are made with an open plan. Each stall has it's own set of tack, grooming supplies, and feed placed against the parallel brick wall. The design on the farm is nice, but nothing extravagant. This is located in Appaloosa Plains. Practicing for Spring Mare Show Spring Mare Show - 1st Place! Training Update: 04.06.2012HGS Winter Stayed "Honey" has a new profile photo! (I finally found my tablet pen.) New foal arrived today, GS Shiny Clouds (Arabian Colt) Mistral says "Hi" to honey. He escaped Sylvia's grip of the lead.

Your stable layout looks awesome! I wish I had the patience to do something like that. *sigh* And congrats on the first place for your mare - her dapples are sooooo pretty!

Thank you , the center didn't take too long. The thing that took the most time was adding the feed, tack, and supplies to each individual stall. I have yet to add them to the stallion barn . As for her coat, I did not make it, I got it from here: arienequine.com/design/?q=content/downloadsI was planning on making some coats for download eventually, I love using my Breyer (horse models) as my references.

Great stable layout and congrats to your first place, you totally deserve that. Winter Strayed is such a beauty!
How many box stalls are there in your stable, and do you only use one lot?

I'll have to find out how many stalls fit, not exactly sure. lol I'll count them when I'm on the game. I used one lot for this, I am planning on making a dressage, show jumping, and cross country course (and possibly some pastures). Those will be on separate lots. Glad you like the mare. Speaking of Honey, I have a new profile photo of her. Update:I have a total of 20 stalls.

Recently we moved in a new belgian stallion named Marble, and with three horses now, it was decided we needed a stable hand. We hired Benjamin whom some of you may recognize from Appaloosa Plains. -------------------------------------------------- Since he is now a member of the team, Ben needed some riding lessons. Honey is the best to teach him since she is fully trained and relatively calm. Sylvia rides Marble since he needs training. Marble and Honey had no problem becoming acquainted, the friendship formed almost instantly. And this photo is from the first time Honey met Ben, she was quite surprised to have someone other than Sylvia take her lead.
